Description
OptiNest, the name of the U-shaped design software, is based on a powerful algorithm that leverages the functions of the CalepiLib library. The program is designed to design comfortable nested shapes as well as optimal use of space. Entering the part framework into the program as well as the tools and parts with holes is possible through the DXF file or through the design through the software itself. The structure of the parts is not only determined by a closed multiple weakness, but also described by a sequence of open polygons, arcs and lines. The software allows you to quickly design polygons, rectangles and circle shapes.
Optimization algorithms of this software calculate from several parameters, including the thickness of the cutting tools, the depths and the smoothing factor (Italian) of the components used, that regardless of the accuracy of these parameters, the time duration of the applied optimization is also increased.
